InstaGolfer offers a limited time standard FREE SHIPPING policy on all items.
As soon as you complete your order you will receive a confirmation email. InstaGolfer will process your method of payment at the time of purchase. If your item(s) are in stock, your order will ship within 24-72 business hours. If you do not receive your tracking ID, via email@example.com, within 3 business days please feel free to contact us in regards to your order status.
If we foresee any potential delays beyond our designated shipping window, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to inform you.

If your item(s) require freight shipping, there may be additional costs involved, which you will be present at the time of checkout.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional charges and the shipping fees for those deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are calculated after the order is submitted, so your order will be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone to confirm pricing.
International shipping is offered, but subject to approval from both InstaGolf and customer approvals. If you do not live in the US and would like a shipping quote, please contact us at email@example.com and we will secure a custom quote for you. Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer. InstaGolf is not responsible for any import/export taxes relating to international shipping and is not responsible for any customs taxes or any other form of tax for an international shipment.
Returns must be made within 30 days from original purchase date (verified by order confirmation number). All returns must be first sent to customer service, firstname.lastname@example.org, to verify the return and to get return instructions. See details below under Miscellaneous.
Please do not return items to shipping address before confirming with customer support.
All returns expenses are subject to customer payment.
If the product is damaged, please make note of it immediately with our customer service team and send photos to email@example.com the day of delivery. InstaGolfer will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our expense.
Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
If item(s) are not damaged, InstaGolfer accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of original order date. Please note, customer is subject to return shipping charges and a 15% (of total order cost) restocking fee.
*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered (minus shipping and restocking fees), the item(s) must arrive back to the warehouse in original condition. Potential expedited shipping charges applied to these orders are non-refundable. Please also note that if an order is canceled but already processed, the order will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Refunds will not be given to any customer with return item(s) that are damaged, opened or missing any of its' original contents.
Please note, InstaGolf is subject to our vendors’ return policies. If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions.Refunds will be processed when your item(s) arrive back at the warehouse and are inspected for return policy standards. Once item(s) are cleared, InstaGolfer will issue a refund to the original payment method within 2 business days. Refunds take 24 hours to process, and should arrive back on your statement within 2-5 business days (depending on your provider).
